 Adam
PA-C
Adam joined CVOSM in 2005. He received his undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Physician Assistant training at Emory University. He assists Dr. Padilla in the operating room, hospital, and clinic. He is also a senior Physician Assistant in the Wisconsin National Guard. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful children.

PA-C
Edward E. Rosenquist, PA-C, completed a physician assistant program at Essex Community College in affiliation with the John Hopkins School of Health Services and Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. He completed a BA at Covenant College, Lookout Mountain, Georgia in 1989. Rosenquist has over 22 years of experience in the health care environment.

Deb joined CVOSM in 1993. She assists Dr. Padilla in the operating room and in Eau Claire and outreach clinics. When Deb is not working, she enjoys quilting and spending time with her family.
